DMCI SET TO CONSTRUCT ANOTHER HIGH RISE CONDOMINIUM THIS YEAR

THE DMC Urban Property Developers Incorporated (UPDI) is eyeing to construct a mixed-use high-rise condominium within this year at Ecoland in Davao City.

Engineer Leonora Gutierrez, director for sales, marketing and customer care of DMC-UPDI, said their first high-rise infrastructure will be composed of 18 to 21 levels.

Gutierrez said the condominium will be sitting in a two hectare-land area, which will be maximized for both residential and commercial purposes.

“May mga restrictions tayo for commercial establishments (There are restrictions for commercial establishments),” Gutierrez said.

She explained that any form of noise like videoke bars and businesses that harm the environment are prohibited in the area.

The groundbreaking for the big project will take place sometime in June or July, according to Gutierrez.
