One Oasis Davao
Filinvest follows DMCI success in pioneering condominium living in Davao City. The company is investing a hefty Php 1.5 billion for “One Oasis Condominium”. This project consists of 7 5-storey buildings sprouting beside the SM Mall’s huge vacant lot. Construction will start April this year.

Workers of One Oasis Condominium are working round the clock in the construction of the project. Even during at night or even at dawn, construction activities are still going on.

The solemn rituals of the tribes, their rhythmic dance steps and chanting music are intimately interwoven with the rich customs and traditions of migrants. There are two main festivals, the Araw Ng Dabaw Celebrations every March and the Kadayawan Festival in August.
