Magallanes Residences Davao

DMC Urban Property Developers by the Consunji Group launched its second condominium project which would be built in the heart of downtown Davao. The project called as Magallanes Residences is a condominium complex. This is their second project in Davao after the success of their first project in the city called ECO4000 Residences.

Magallanes Residences is a residential complex which would be consist of 3 condominiums. Building 1 will be a mixed type project which would have a retail component and residential units. Building 2 will be another residential condominium building. Building 3 will be the third residential condominium building. The complex will have a clubhouse, garden, swimming pool, walking area, basketball court, and other amenities.

Magallanes Residences is an exclusive and prestigious complex with three 7-storey residential condominiums which would be an addition to the growing MRBs (mid rise condos) being constructed in Davao City. It is within Davao’s downtown area and few steps away from some of the major tourist destinations in the city such as San Pedro Cathedral, Museyo Dabawenyo, Davao City Hall, and Sangguniang Panglungsod. It is located in a business district where one can find the bustling San Pedro street which is home to numerous shopping arcades.
